Alice Duperrey, Consultant at Momentum, has crossed the Atlantic Ocean to join the Montreal office of Momentum Transport Consultancy for a year.
As a native French speaker, Alice has worked with the Montreal team on several projects including the Olympic Park and the McGill University Master Plan. More recently she has been working on the City of Sarnia’s Active Travel Masterplan.
Alice is passionate about improving pedestrians and cyclists experience in the public realm and cultural sites. She has worked on pedestrian studies for commercial developments in the City of London and for crowd management during large events in stadia.
Alice graduated from Exeter University with a BA in Geography before completing a Masters in Sustainable Cities at King’s College London.
Alice mentioned: “I’m delighted to be joining Momentum Transport Canada and to have the opportunity to work on innovative projects to improve active travel connectivity in cities and cultural sites. I’m also looking forward to my role in a smaller team and working with stakeholders in the North American context”.
Amélie Cossé, Director and co-founder of Momentum Transport Canada, added: “We are delighted to welcome Alice to our Montreal office. This represents a key example of our synergy with the London office and increases our optimism about the possibility of repeating these exchanges in the future for professionals working at Momentum.”
