Services

Momentum supported ACDF Architecture and White Arkitekter in the initial phase of a master plan for a real estate development located in the future sustainable neighbourhood of Lachine-Est in Montreal. Momentum worked with the architects and the developer in the analysis of the current and future mobility conditions for the site and to prepare a sustainable transport strategy in coordination with the Special Urban Planning Program (PPU) being developed by the borough for the area.
Momentum’s analysis included a review of the current mobility conditions of the site, a pedestrian comfort analysis, a connectivity analysis of the road network for cyclists and pedestrians, and a review of future projects in the area as well as challenges and opportunities presented by the project. The mobility diagnosis informed the initial master plan development for the site and the review of the borough’s plan for the area.
